Billistar Band, based on the AR (Augmented Reality), is a unique blend of fundamental music education and audio-visual development for children through play-and-learn interaction. The Billistar Band works like a “live show” version of a musical instrument encyclopedia, its five original animated band members play almost all of the principal musical instruments and styles in both professional and adorable manners.

This program is developed by music professionals, the 3D modeling of musical instruments are in 1:1 ratio with refined details up to every screw; the animated band members performance is drawn from live human musicians; the musical instruments, the performance, the musical styles and the mood, all these comply to professional quality of solo performance. The Billi Star Band members play up to 50 solo musical instruments and they are to perform classical, jazz, rock, country, percussion music and etc. when in the band mode.

Adults and children are to learn from playing the game cards:
1. the names and the looks of principal musical instruments
2. the sound of each musical instrument
3. the ways to play each musical instrument
4. what musical styles these musical instruments can play
5. knowledge related to the musical instruments, eg: what category the instrument belong to, how they make sound, the stories behind and etc.
